The official date of establishment of «RUSBAL» is April 12, 1993. It was the time «RUSBAL» enterprise was initiated by Alexander Talanov. As it was agreed on with Sergei Esayan, the Director General of «INTERAVIA», the part of the enterprise staff, involved in air balloon manufacturing, was transferred to «RUSBAL». At the same time by mutual consent it was also decided to transfer the design documentation for the air balloon and to re-issue the Certificate of Developer.
1993 was one of the toughest in the company development, the country being plunged into a total crisis, no production orders for the air balloons, inability to pay wages to the people employed. The people and the production technology of envelopes for hot air balloons have always remained the main treasures for the company.
