Starting from March 27, 2026, we are transitioning to a new discount system for customers, which provides for:
✔ the formation of discounts depending on the volume of purchases;
✔ transparent conditions for obtaining maximum discounts without the need to obtain dealer status;
✔ uniform cooperation terms for all customers, ensuring equal opportunities for business development.
Key advantages of the new system:
1. No mandatory minimum purchase volumes for receiving basic discounts;
2. A cumulative discount system: the larger the volume of product purchases, the higher the discount rate;
3. A simplified process for agreeing on individual terms for large customers.
LOYALTY PROGRAM OF SPE "RUSBAL"
The loyalty program of SPE "RUSBAL" encourages repeat purchases, enhances and strengthens partnerships.
It is based on cumulative discounts according to the volume of product purchases, with clear distinctions, a review period, and additional mechanisms.
Discounts are granted when customers reach a certain level (the total volume of all purchased products is summed up and applied to each subsequent purchase).

| Gold | 1 - Annual product purchases totaling no less than RUB 9,000,000.00; 2 - Submission of a list of persons who have purchased products from SPE "RUSBAL" based on the customer's referral. The number of such persons is limited to a maximum of 3 (three). The list is formed during the year and is effective until January 25 of the subsequent year. *Failure to meet the minimum purchase requirement results in downgrade to "Silver" (from RUB 8,000,000.00) at 10% discount. | 15 % | 1 - The discount shall remain in effect for the customer throughout the validity period of the requirement;; 2 - A free technical inspection, one (1) in total, is offered for the newly acquired hot-air balloon. |
